A family-owned brewery employing 4 full-time brewers, Pals Brewing Company produces seasonal and year-round craft beers made with all natural ingredients. North Platte resident and Head Brewer Paul Oettinger uses real fruit, herbs, spices and other natural flavors to produce his brews like locally roasted coffee from The Espresso Shop and honey from Long’s Honey Farm.
